Wyoming 310 Reviewing the Year

Looking back over this last year and having Morgan and Melanie of Wyoming 310 as our sponsor, we wanted to take this opportunity to really showcase them and what makes them so amazing. Throughout this last year we have highlighted their local ingredients, tasting events, special events, live music, amazing drinks and of course - the fantastic food! Let’s take a peek at some of those highlights.

Special Events

Wyoming 310 had some great events over the last year, including private events where we showcased the food and restaurant set up for a private event - and boy do they pull out all the stops for these special occasions. We also attended and showcased a beer and international food tasting. Occasionally Morgan and Melanie bring in chefs and breweries to create a food and spirits tasting for their diners to enjoy. We love the creative ideas these two come up with and we encourage you to check out their social media and follow them to watch for these fun events! 

Local Ingredients

Wyoming 310 takes advantage of the local Wyoming farmers and ranchers to bring the freshest food possible to their diners. They get produce from Greybull Valley Produce and their beef comes from Evans Farm and Ranch. We have had the opportunity to visit both locations and loved meeting the people who grow and raise the wonderful foods we have enjoyed at the restaurant. From the steak salad to the steak dinner, burgers and more. Diners can enjoy the fresh homemade meals these two are creating with ingredients located only a few miles away.
