Wyoming Buffalo CompanyA look back at 2021

Written By: Sarah Reish

We had an amazing year working with Lisa. Her love of Wyoming makes her sponsorship one we cherish and are grateful for. We have highlighted gifts, artists, makers, and more. So for this issue we wanted to go back and take a look at the makers who create the items she carries in her store and products that come from right here in Wyoming. So, let’s dive in!

Creators

Here is a look at some of the people we have highlighted that have created amazing products Lisa carries in her store. From wood working to metal work and jewelry, she carries a variety of products that we love and that celebrate Wyoming style.

Bill Lyons

Wyoming wood working at its most iconic comes to Wyoming Buffalo Company from the artistic hands of Bill Lyons. He is locally known in Wyoming for his rustic pieces, including ornaments, home decor, and even cabinets (those aren’t available in the store). His work is a nod to western style and we cannot get enough of it.

Mark Erickson

Iron and metal work is a western style Wyoming loves. Mark creates a variety of pieces that are carried in Lisa’s store. From garden stakes, wall decor, and even oversized western wind chimes. We love the look and quality of Mark’s art pieces.

Kris Randolph

Owner and creator of 7150 Design’s, Kris creates western style jewelry featuring copper and precious stones and other materials. Her jewelry is handmade with an attention to detail. If you are looking for high quality pieces that represent western design, be sure to check her out.

Food and Drinks!

Wyoming is full of flavors that we cannot get enough of. From coffee to canned goods and meat, the food products Lisa carries are incredible. We want to celebrate those flavors because you cannot get them anywhere else in the world.

Canned Goods

Canned goods are an iconic part of pioneering and farming. They are readily available at the Wyoming Buffalo Company and we have highlighted the canned goods in our issue celebrating National Bloody Mary Day! Be sure to explore their wide selection of delicious canned goods!

Local Coffee & Tea

Nothing beats coffee in the morning, no matter the day. Just 25 miles from the store sits Mystic Monk Coffee. Carmelite monks started this business to help boost the local economy and they mastered their coffee and have branched out into herbal teas that have become a local favorite.

Wyoming Charcuterie

Wild game and locally smoked cheese are the centerpiece of a Wyoming Charcuterie. Featuring wild buffalo, elk, venison, antelope, and more, create a charcuterie that embraces the west. The smoked cheeses come in a variety of types to make the board exactly what you are craving.

So Much More!

The Wyoming Buffalo Company carries so much more than we can write in a single article. From baking to making mixed drinks, jams, preserves, salsa, dishes, towels and more. Don’t worry, there are items for the kids as well. Stuffed animals and specialty items are readily available.
