Cody Cattle Company
Written By: Sarah Reish
This is a dinner experience you’ll never forget - an evening of fun for any age. The dinner show will feed your senses before sending you off to enjoy the Cody Nite Rodeo. The summer season opens May 28th. We have been to the Cody Cattle Company many times, with this in mind we felt we had to include them in our Bighorn Basin trip.
The Ambiance
When walking into Cody Cattle Company you’re met with a massive space featuring family style dining and a large stage for the evening events. The lighting is rustic and includes wagon wheel chandeliers and longhorn cattle shaped sconces. The space is large allowing plenty of room to spread out and even dance!
Chuckwagon Dinner
The dinner is amazing; the show includes a chuckwagon meal with a choice of barbecue chicken or beef brisket, you can even special order a steak. Of course you get some fantastic sides. The sides include:
Potatoes
Baked beans
Coleslaw
Cornbread
Salad
Applesauce
Dessert is fresh warm chocolate brownie!
The Show
Every evening guests will enjoy entertainment from award winning artist Ryan Martin and the Triple C Band. The band members include Cody Cattle Company owners Anne Pendley & Greg Pendley, and Ron Privett. More than music, the artists interact with the guests and perform a truly memorable experience.
The Music
The music is meant to honor traditional cowboy music as well as entertain. The set list includes icons such as Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, Chris LeDoux, The Charlie Daniels Band, and more of your favorite cowboy hits. While attending we noted most people sang along and even got up and danced. Guests should feel free to join in and have fun.
